At Azimuth Technology we start only with billet material. No castings. No Metal Injection Molding (MIM). No stampings. Billet to finished part, each component is inspected to ensure design specs are met. All components are manufactured on high-tolerance CNC machines by a skilled American workforce.

Azimuth Technology is an ISO 9001:2008 certified metals machining and supply partner to hundreds of prestigious Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the firearms aftermarket. All of this to say, our products are manufactured to tolerances of .005 to +/- .002 of an inch depending on the critical functional features of each key component.

Every Azimuth Technology Precision 10/22® type barrel begins as U.S. produced 416R stainless or 4150 aerospace-grade steel, is precision button rifled, then chambered to Sport or Bentz match chamber dimensions.
Our serialized and matched receiver / barrel combinations are CNC machined, button rifled, put through our HydraLap™ process, then hand fitted to ensure unmatched accuracy.
